Citadines Cebu City

The breakfast was actually good though the space is a bit limited. The food selection though relatively few compared to other hotels in the city was more of quality over quantity. Refill time was a bit slow though. The fitness center and pool had a fantastic sweeping views of Uptown Cebu as well as CBP, IT Park, CCLEX and the surrounding areas. Need I mention that this pool is 9 storeys up and offers a spectacular view of the city while being in it, there's also a pool bar which offered various drinks which was actually cheap!

it was the best stay in the Philippines, apart from the very high comfort of the rooms and infrastructure - the most important thing for me was the friendly, helpful, smiling and quick approach of the reception staff and others. I would like to have this experience in every hotel. it's obvious they care. Comfortable beds, drinking water, comfortable lighting, bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool and gym. Great and varied breakfast. I will miss much

I was there only for one night, the receptionist john was very welcoming and smiley and that made an immediate impression! Came 2 days after the earthquake which we encountered Malapascua. Everything seemed ok

The rooms were great and were serviced daily. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of variety. The pool was great. The bar at the pool was very decent. The gym was great. The location and shops/restaurants within walking distance (less than 1km) were great. A really really good choice for a family hotel. A nice touch was there was always a door attendant who would open the front glass door for you and greet you with a smile and a hello. Made everyone feel welcome.
